Stage 1: Sketch Design

The sketch design stage is a critical part of designing a home extension, as it's where the initial ideas and concepts are developed and refined. At this stage, we will work closely with you  to understand your needs and desires for the extension and come up with a design that meets those requirements.

The sketch design stage typically involves creating hand-drawn or computer-generated sketches of the proposed extension, to give you a visual representation of what the finished product will look like. The sketches may be presented in 2D or 3D formats, and can be revised as needed based on your feedback and input. During the sketch design stage, we will also consider important factors such as building regulations, planning rules, and structural requirements to ensure that the design is both feasible and compliant with all necessary regulations.

Ultimately, the sketch design stage is about exploring and refining ideas to create a design that meets your needs, while also considering practical and regulatory constraints. It's an exciting and creative phase of the design process, and sets the stage for the more detailed design and construction phases that follow.
