All projects vary in their scope and complexity and would need to be confirmed after the initial consultation but the prices below give you (and your customers) an indication of 'typical' costs (including VAT). Payments can also be split monthly over the course of a year to reduce your 'up-front' costs. For example (using the figures below) - designs for an extension to a terraced house would be just £122.50 per month.

We can assist with finding builders, preparing contracts and ad-hoc site visits. This would usually be charged to the customer at an hourly rate.
Our designs are all prepared as a 3D model, which is uploaded to the client dashboard, allowing the homeowner to explore and fully understand the spaces. Once designs are complete they get high quality renders which also help to ensure we get results with our planning application. Best of all - your customers will absolutely love it. The feedback we have been receiving is 100% positive and if they are happy with your recommendation they are more likely to stick with you for the build.
As we prepare our designs we use sophisticated software to prepare estimates so that your customer has a realistic idea of cost from the outset. The software has a range of specifications and options and we can work with you to tweak these to suit your needs. By the time the designs are finalised we should have a confirmed price which you will be confident that you can deliver. This process gives clarity for the customer and will help you to win the job without having to go to a competitive tender.
Our fee proposals are prepared and issued via a password-protected 'client dashboard' which sets out every step of the process. Once the job goes ahead, the interactive 3D model is uploaded to this page as well as all other project documentation such as invoices, cost estimates and approvals. This gives your customers confidence in the process and by making it as seamless as possible we aim to keep them engaged with 'the team' so they wouldn't even think of going to another builder.
