Typical Stages & Costs
All projects vary in their scope and complexity and would need to be confirmed after the initial consultation but the prices below give you (and your customers) an indication of 'typical' costs (including VAT). Payments can also be split monthly over the course of a year to reduce your 'up-front' costs. For example (using the figures below) - designs for an extension to a terraced house would be just £122.50 per month.
If you have any upcoming projects we could assist with, we would love the opportunity to show you what we can do and are offering a 25% discount on the first job which can either be given to you or passed on to your customer as a saving.
Stage 1: Survey & Sketch Design
Terraced House = £ 600
Semi-detached = £ 750

Stage 2: Planning Application
Terraced House = £ 360
Semi-detached = £ 450
Detached = £ 510
Stage 3: Technical Design
Terraced House = £ 510
Semi-detached = £ 660

Stage 4: The Build
We can assist with finding builders, preparing contracts and ad-hoc site visits. This would usually be charged to the customer at an hourly rate.

3D Models as Standard
Our designs are all prepared as a 3D model, which is uploaded to the client dashboard, allowing the homeowner to explore and fully understand the spaces. Once designs are complete they get high quality renders which also help to ensure we get results with our planning application. Best of all - your customers will absolutely love it. The feedback we have been receiving is 100% positive and if they are happy with your recommendation they are more likely to stick with you for the build.
Fully Costed Designs
As we prepare our designs we use sophisticated software to prepare estimates so that your customer has a realistic idea of cost from the outset. The software has a range of specifications and options and we can work with you to tweak these to suit your needs. By the time the designs are finalised we should have a confirmed price which you will be confident that you can deliver. This process gives clarity for the customer and will help you to win the job without having to go to a competitive tender.
Client Dashboard
Our fee proposals are prepared and issued via a password-protected 'client dashboard' which sets out every step of the process. Once the job goes ahead, the interactive 3D model is uploaded to this page as well as all other project documentation such as invoices, cost estimates and approvals. This gives your customers confidence in the process and by making it as seamless as possible we aim to keep them engaged with 'the team' so they wouldn't even think of going to another builder.
So Lets Starting Working Together (there's no cost)
There is no requirement for a formal sign-up process... we just want to start collaborating with like-minded builders who are committed to providing their customers with the best possible service for home extensions, loft conversions and property renovations. To get started either book a half-hour introductory call or submit your details via the form and we'll be in touch. After a few initial checks we will get you set-up on our database of 'partner' builders and can start working together.
If we get a lead in your area:
- We will let you know as soon as we start so you can confirm your availability.
- Once designs are developed we will begin pricing and this will be shared with you to confirm you are happy with it and to suggest any tweaks you may feel are necessary.
- As detailed designs are completed we will work with you to finalise a 'quote'.
- If the customer decides to go ahead we will prepare Contracts and help to get you appointed.
If you have a customer who needs drawings:
- We will do a free initial consultation with them and confirm costs.
- Once appointed we will start designs and follow the steps as above.
- We are happy to work for you or the customer direct - whatever suits your business model.
